2026-07-06), aber die admit-only-vlan-tagged-Härtung fehlt bisher auf ap1.
Zwei-Phasen-Runbook angelegt: Phase A (TP3.1-Scope, Akutfix ap1) vor
Phase B (TP19-Scope, voller VLAN1+cudy-Teardown, macht Phase A obsolet).
TP19 auf hochdringlich gesetzt, da VLAN1 jetzt ein aktiver Bug ist statt
nur Cleanup.
