- bin/gitea-tp-sync.py: idempotenter Sync teilprojekte.md-Quick-Index +
Archiv-Header -> Gitea Issues (admin/bf-infra), Labels status:* + thema:*
- Erstlauf: 68 Issues (25 open / 43 closed) + 15 Labels angelegt
- Token aus ~/.hermes/.env (nie ausgegeben); Dry-Run default, --commit schreibt
