TP15: Core-Cutover follow-up (pve #13 VLAN20, IOT #14 VLAN30, APs pending)

- core ether13 tagged VLAN20 -> pve 10.40.20.100 reachable

- core ether14 untagged VLAN30 -> IOT access port

- WG hub already live on crs326-core; FM connected, DW/Geli needs peer pubkey update

- AP provisioning blocked: ap1 REST 401 (password mismatch), ap2 unreachable

- Nautobot down (HTTP 500); password consolidation required before next session
